Address Looking for candidates that can work Full Time hours between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday!
Your responsibilities will be:
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage appointment bookings and requests
Respond appropriately and with a sense of urgency towards appointment requests
Ensure relevant information is provided to the customer – eg Fees, site locations, directions etc
Management and first call resolution of customer concerns, feedback and complaints
Ensure records are kept up to date and all communication logged into the system
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Previous experience working in a medical environment or contact centre is highly desirable
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate – advanced system experience (using multiple online programs simultaneously)
High level attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills
