About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be embedded within our Service Delivery team to provide customer support for our Project Coordinators. Your individual contribution will directly impact the teams' ability to successfully deliver small and large-scale IT solutions to businesses across Australia. Your primary focus will be to assign customer and vendor tickets to the relevant project leads, answer & direct phone calls, and order and provision standalone business and residential services.
