In partnership with our leading local building supplies client, WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative and Sales Officer to join our client based in Lytton on a Monday to Friday Roster. Full ongoing training will be provided in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling of incoming telephone queries, processing of subsequent orders or requests for quotations from customers and answering any queries as required
- Processing of stock orders, liaising with warehouse staff for picking and packing of orders
- Processing, checking and allocating customer delivery dockets prior to invoicing
- Filing of documentation and data entry as required
To be successful in this position, you will have the following experience/skills
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Prior demonstrated experience within a similar or administrative role highly regarded
- Current C Class Driver's License and Own Transport
- Computer Literate with experience utilising Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
