Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative initially to start on a temporary basis but with the opportunity to go permanent. Be apart of a vibrant growing team and build your skills in the repair and insurance industry.
The Role
- Process a high volume of inbound enquires relating to the repair of property damage
- Communicate with Policyholders, Insurance Clients, and Trade Repair Partners
- Schedule and manage the progress of repair work, updating relevant parties where necessary
- Act as a customer service agent
- Providing support and advice to clients
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- Updating and inputting reports into the system
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Temp Role, (option to go perm from there)
- Hourly rate: $30 - 33 p/hour based on experience
- Location: Western Sydney
- Experience working in the insurance industry or within construction is desired
- Ability to deal with high volume calls
- Great Time management and Organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Adaptable with excellent communication skills
