CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

To be successful in this role you will have great verbal and written communication skills as well as be customer focused and have a love of our brands. You will enjoy a high volume, fast paced environment and have strong computer skills with experience of the MS Office suite. Ideally you will have experience in a call centre environment and have used database systems previously (SAP preferred but not essential).
