We're looking for four (4) x Customer Service Representatives to join our team over the seasonal period to commence early October 2022 until early February 2023. You'll work full-time hours (38 hours per week) across Monday to Friday (no weekend work required).
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Boardriders team, you will be in direct contact with our ecommerce customers via phone, email and chat for various brands in the Boardriders group. Your role will include inbound and outbound calls, email management, order entry, returns, warranty, other customer service queries and customer service based projects. While completing these tasks you will ensure you are providing exceptional service to ensure all customers have a genuine brand experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you will have great verbal and written communication skills as well as be customer focused and have a love of our brands. You will enjoy a high volume, fast paced environment and have strong computer skills with experience of the MS Office suite. Ideally you will have experience in a call centre environment and have used database systems previously (SAP preferred but not essential).
