A Day in the Life
Reporting directly to the Customer Care Team Leader, this role is to provide remote home monitoring support to patients with implanted Cardiac devices. Coordinate patient care follow up relating to remote home monitoring within internal Medtronic Teams and the patients primary care physician, nurse and clinic.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide phone-based technical support and troubleshooting relating to patients heart monitors.
- Coordinate and manage a high volume of patients remote care incl: scheduling, educating, coordinate and action medical remote checks, onboarding and consenting patients to the service.
- Assinging patients over the phone with setting up home monitors as well as the app-based version of the monitor.
- Coordinate and schedule patient MRI device checks using internal systems
- Manage customers on-boarding onto the monitoring service, coordination of clinics
- Take ownership of assigned weekly/daily tasks and audits and perform at regular intervals
- Manage marketing collateral stock levels and post to patients and reps
- Participate in projects to streamline service processes
- Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in customer service and technical support
