AddressKnauf is seeking a passionate and reliable candidate to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful applicant will work with our customers via phone calls, emails and online order placement and management. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role. This role is located at Pinkenba in Queensland with free onsite parking.
You will be dealing with a wide range of people from builders & tradesman to resellers & project managers; this fast-paced role combines inbound enquiries, customer orders and outbound order confirmations over both the phone and email.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Provide consistent and high-quality service standard to our customers, embedding a First Time Right culture
- Be able to commit to a roster with hours ranging from 5.30am -5.00pm
- Provide solution-based outcomes with an emphasis on customer experience
- Manage your own work performance to meet set objectives
- Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers
- Ensure business compliance to relevant governance requirements
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, escalations and complaints
- Schedule customer deliveries to ensure best use of warehouse capacity
We are looking for people who:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- An exceptional eye for detail and creative problem-solving approach
- Adapt quickly to changing customer priorities and needs in a fast-paced environment
- High resilience level and the ability to cope well under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP(an advantage)
