AddressAs a Customer service representative you will be working in a fast moving call centre environment. You will be the first point of contact to customers by handling a variety of service enquires via calls, emails, and webchat enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers' incoming calls and online enquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Identify and resolve diverse customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Update and record information in customer facing systems.
- Manage customer contact in line with call centre KPIs.
Skills and Experience
- Previous Customer Service experience from within hospitality, retail or call centre.
- Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong ability to build relationships and take ownership to understand and assist the customer.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
