Our client, based in Melbourne’s SE suburbs, is a world-leading supplier of ingredients in the Australian and New Zealand Food Industries. They are firm believers in providing solutions to their clients, which enables them to be true partners with their customers.
A stable company that has experienced continued growth throughout the COVID pandemic, they now require an additional person to assist their customer service team with Sales and Customer Support, as well as inbound and outbound logistics. This role will work closely with Sales Managers and their customers to assist them in achieving customer satisfaction.

This multitasking role, will provide support Customers and Sales Managers by ensuring that all customer orders are followed up efficiently with impeccable customer service.
In this role, you will be receiving and processing customer orders, manage orders throughout the entire order and delivery process. Additionally, you will assist to solve issues or special requirements in liaison Customers and Sales Managers.
Other duties include:
- Process of sales quotations and orders
- Coordination of sales orders, stock availability, logistics and delivery
- Management and use of customer database and CRM
- Creation of new customer profiles in the CRM
- The provision of administrative support to sales team
To be short-listed for this exciting opportunity you will need to meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- High degree of accuracy for data entry
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders simultaneously
- Well-developed communication skills
- Engaging personality
- Willing to problem solve and ability to keep calm under pressure
- A can-do attitude and a true team player
