Mulgrave Dental Group are seeking a vibrant and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative or Patient Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis, suitable for a former Dental Receptionist or Assistant looking to step into the next stage of your career.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries and provide reliable information to patients
- Handle inbound enquiries and assist with scheduling consultation appointments
- Call out to patients for follow-ups and to encourage them to their next appointment
- Liaise with other team members to answer any more in-depth patient queries
- Other general daily administration and office management tasks
Experience & attributes:
- Background as a Dental Receptionist or Assistant is highlu advantageous
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Sales or Customer Service experience is highly regarded
- Great knowledge of dental procedures
- Keen time management and organisational skills
- Excellent people skills and ability to relate to people from all walks of life
