AddressWe're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our online pool supplies shop.
The role will be based at our new site in Yatala QLD.
This is a full-time permanent position, with flexibility and peak season weekend work options for the right candidate.
The role
Working in a customer service team of 3, you will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers Australia-wide.
Your job will be to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible and will include but not be limited to:
- Quickly and efficiently responding to all phone and email enquiries from customers.
- Resolving customer service issues where appropriate or directing to relevant area.
- Triaging and responding to customers’ calls and emails in order of priority and urgency.
- Informing customers about products, purchasing and delivery processes.
- Keeping up to date with products and internal systems to ensure our customers always get the best outcome.

Your skills & experience
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is a must
- Strong phone contact handling skills and the ability to actively listen people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to construct clear, concise, and professional emails.
- Computer savvy and fast-typing skills (minimum. 40 words/min)
- Technically minded i.e. with training you can develop a good understanding of swimming pool equipment and water chemistry. Previous knowledge not required.
- Ability to address and resolve problems, under pressure and tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
