Sykes is now part of the Sitel Group. Opportunity in our growing Varsity Lakes based team for Customer Service Representatives. Provide excellent customer service over the phone for customers in the banking industry.
Permanent Rate:
$23.91 p/hr + penalty rates/Super
Casual Rate:
$29.40 p/hr (includes loading) + Super
Who we're looking for:
- The ability to deliver customer focused solutions in a timely manner
- Previous customer service experience
- A resilient team player
- Available to be rostered between Monday to Friday, and opportunity to work weekends
- Able to work from our Varsity Lakes office
