When customers are about to set off on their travel journey, our Customer Service team is ready to assist. By caring about the person on the other end of the phone, the team deliver great service and thoughtful, thorough results. All with positivity, empathy and fairness. They think (and work) fast. And when they see an opportunity to go the extra mile, they take it. In this role…
- You'll manage customer enquiries related to policy coverage and claims
- You'll build rapport and strong relationships with customers
- You'll resolve customer complaints within relevant framework
- You'll meet call quality and quantity KPI's
- You'll contribute to driving a customer-first culture
We are looking for future team members who are passionate about providing a great customer experience and want to grow their career in insurance. We can teach you everything you need to know about insurance…just bring your customer service experience!
- You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You'll bring previous customer service or sales experience, working to targets or KPI's
- You'll have the ability to assess information quickly and ask questions when required
- You'll have a passion for travel and solving customer problems
- You'll be available to work a rotating roster Monday-Saturday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM AEST
