Customer Service Representative – Wine Services
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Wine Services reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager.
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
- Liaising with customers to ensure their wine(s) progress to bottling as scheduled within the specified quality criteria
- Being the first point of contact for customers requesting assistance from Wine Services and being knowledgeable regarding how to best assist the customer with their enquiry
- Meeting with customers and hosting them on-site during wine sign-off activities
- Liaising with other departments to ensure the customer has an excellent experience in their contact with Vinpac
- Provide reports to customers within established time frames
- Undertake administrative and clerical duties specific to the role which assists the operating functions of the laboratory, tankfarm and winemaking departments
Qualifications, work experience and technical requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in Cellar role or lab experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in a customer service environment
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work across teams
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong customer focus/service attitude
