Reporting to the Managing Director, the Customer Service/Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for managing the end to end customer experience.The role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a wonderful small team offering variety and a competitive salary, along with the added bonus of joining a global market leader.

Description
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for managing end to end customer relationships and administrative process.
Key responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact for all client calls and emails
Manage the customer relationship process (e.g. from checking availability, stages after purchase order to delivery of product on time, to the final users and post sales activities)
Collaborate in the market analysis about customer satisfaction, help sales department to manage prices, issues, support logistic dep. and warehouse on Customer's need and query.
Collaborate with sales and tech Service in order to provide the best solution to the customer.
To be the point of reference for the key account assigned and maintain an active communication with the International Customer Service Team.
Invoicing and data entry
Liaise with accounts in order to check accounting/invoicing status of Customers assigned.
Receipting of incoming goods paperwork.
Profile
Key experience and qualifications:
To be considered for this role you will have:
Previously worked in a product related Customer Service or Sales Administration position
Intermediate MS Office skills - Dynamics 365 an advantage
Work well in a small team environment
Dedicated, loyal and looking for longevity in this role
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple assignments in a high volume and at times pressured environment
