The Role:
- Supporting customer inquiries and sales orders via phone and email
- Processing sales orders
- Managing purchase orders
- Suggesting process improvement initiatives
- Warranty and help desk enquiries
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders
To Be Successful:
- Previous customer service/ support experience required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- SAP beneficial
- Attentional to detail and willingness to learn
