The Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will focus on building key relationships with members and servicing their queries. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound call volume.
- Responding to queries from members in written form.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of members’ queries.
- Managing your work in accordance with the business’s processes, compliance, and legislative requirements.
- Providing members with an update to date information regarding their membership.
- Continuously looking for processes to improve the overall service of members.
- You must communicate well both verbal and written
- Worked previously in a customer-focused role, either over the phone or in person
- Thrive working in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Present as a motivated and empathetic individual
