With an increase in business, they are looking for passionate and experienced customer service consultants with native Japanese language skills to be part of their high performing team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Assisting VIP clients over the phone and via email you will be booking a range of leisure travel and entertainment plans.
This is a bilingual role with your strong English and Japanese language skills being utilised.
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience within an airline, ticketing, travel or luxury hospitality company preferred
Exceptional communication skills (Verbal and Written) in Japanese & English
Full working rights in Australia
Ability to work a 7 day roster including days, nights and public holidays
Ability to work towards and exceed targets
