We are seeking a friendly, helpful person who enjoys working with a team to join our Alice Springs depot as a Customer Service Officer.
The role:
Processing of customer orders, inquiries and any additional information required by the customer.
Communicate with Account Managers to for delivery scheduling, order flow and report collation.
Liaising with customers via phone and email, regarding order timeframes, pricing, and stock availability.
Ordering of special products as specified on client orders, liaising with suppliers to meet deadlines.
Providing excellent customer service, in a professional and friendly manner.
What you will bring:
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
A willingness to learn and develop.
Attention to detail.
Experience in the Microsoft suite of products.
