Looking for a role that allows you to take deep ownership of your work?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering product & service options to customers and achieve the service and retention goals.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering excellence in customer contact to ensure positive customer outcomes are achieved through sales and service
Following processes and applying customer sales and service techniques to achieve sales, service and quality targets
Managing a portfolio of inbound and outbound sales and service calls and correspondence within set service level agreements
Ensuring new business and sales initiatives are understood and delivered to customers
Important to your success:
Demonstrated experience in a customer-service focused role
Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with customers and stakeholders
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
