Customer Service Team Leader

The successful candidate will play a key part in developing and maintaining strong customer engagement, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service is being delivered.

What do you do? 

• Oversee the performance & development of the Customer Service Team. 
• Facilitate, promote and co-ordinate training. 
• Liaise with external stakeholders, develop & maintain strong relationships. 
• Listen to, and resolve customer complaints & feedback as required. 
• Complete staff rostering, monitor qualifications, manage bookings, and set up ticketing systems for events. 
• Work closely with internal teams such as Events & Bookings, Finance, Marketing & HR. 
• Ensure the department operates within budget, particularly regarding staff rostering. 

What do you need? 

• Experience as a Team Leader or supervisor. 
• Previous experience in Customer Service, within the hospitality, retail or leisure settings. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong service culture. 
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to build strong relationships & partnerships. 
• Experience in computer systems, and rostering. 
• First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check. 
• Experience using Perfect Gym and Venue Ops software desirable.
