The opportunity
Right now, we are looking for 2x Customer Service Team Leader Qualified for Permanent Full-Time opportunities.
As Customer Service Team Leader Qualified you will undertake shunting duties whilst creating a work environment where quality customer service and station presentations are achieved to the highest standards for self and others, to ensure that the trains are available to the customer’s everyday with accurate and timely information and to achieve a positive customer experience.
The role requires sound knowledge of diversified policies, procedures and guidelines and you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and guidance. If successful, you will be required to attend classroom and on the job training for up to 8 weeks when you commence.

About you
As a Customer Service Team Leader Qualified, it’s imperative you possess the ability to communicate engage and engage with others whilst fulfilling stakeholder and team expectations. Aside from your positive and proactive attitude, you will be well versed in working in a fast-paced customer service environment with minimal supervision.
You must be available and willing to work rotating shifts including shift work, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
To be suitable for these roles you will predominantly base at Campbelltown Station/Yard however, you may be requested to work at other locations across the Greater Sydney region as required to cover leave throughout the rostered shifts.
Salary and benefits
The salary for this position is $1,359.30 per week (including industry allowance) plus superannuation and leave loading.
