CUSTOMER SERVICE/INTERNAL SALES ALL-ROUNDER
DRS Industries is well established safety company located at Padstow. We are currently seeking for the right candidate to fill a newly created position as our Customer Service/Internal Sales All-Rounder to support and join our friendly, fast paced team. This role will provide a fantastic opportunity for you to grow your career within our company the future.
Key Role:
- Managing incoming emails
- Phone enquiries and processing sales quotes
- Processing Internet Sales
- Customer Service
- Managing communications with our customers and suppliers
- Assisting the sales department
- Ordering of stock items
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer service/Sales preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage and solve customer enquiries
