We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Reception Agent to join our Operations Team located in Netley!

WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?
  • Providing exceptional service to our customers while working at the reception desk at our depot
  • Upselling and customising shipment package options for visiting customers
  • Carrying out security inspections on shipments & retrieving parcels from the warehouse for customers
  • Contacting our valued customers by phone and email to ensure any delays/errors are resolved quickly (eg. updating any incorrect delivery labels)
  • Communicating with our DHL colleagues from across the globe to assist with shipment inquiries 
  • This is a full time position, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Saturday on a short shift roster, please see below:
    • Mon: 2pm - 6pm 
    • Tues: 9:30am - 6:00pm 
    • Wed - Fri: 10:00am - 6:00pm 
    • Sat: 8:30am - 12:30pm (reception day)
