Your Role

We provide recruitment services to many types of businesses across Australia. Your job is to assist our back end team in filling new vacancies and service corporate customers. This will involve use of the advanced cloud based CRM system "Bullhorn" to obtain full details about the job created by the sales team and then undertake a comprehensive search in our internal databases to fill the position and/or advertise for new applicants. This may involve use of other external platforms to find suitable candidates such as "Idibu, Seek and Indeed. You will be required to screen and interview applicants. This will include conducting face to face, phone/video interviews using software such as Hiterview , Google meet, zoom, Face Time, WebEx as it required. Once candidates are shortlisted you will liaise with the client to finalize the right applicant. Good incentives for good placements
