As the Customer Services Agent-Qantas Club, you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external clients. Particular areas of focus include the Service Desk, Editing, Crewing, Baggage Services and/or Qantas Club and Lounge areas at The Brisbane Airport. You will ensure the effective delivery of service and movement at the airport, ultimately fostering an exceptional and individual Qantas experience.
You’ll have:
- Experience in the Qantas Club/Lounge environment.
- Previous face to face customer contact experience.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with Qantas premium customers and interface directly with them to manage their requirements throughout their Qantas Lounge and Airport experience.
- Knowledge of the airlines product and Loyalty programs including Qantas Club, Chairman’s Lounge and Frequent Flyer Program
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and display initiative.
- Excellent standard of personal presentation and grooming.
- Comprehensive knowledge of protocol and confidentiality.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster.
- Experience with QUBE check-in and reservation systems would be advantageous.
