About the role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our bright and modern High Wycombe branch. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager the ideal candidate will have a friendly and positive phone manner, work well under pressure and will have experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
This role requires high level organizational skills, moving between multiple platforms, working with our customer data base and internal departments. You will be processed focused, being able to work independently and have "our customers come first attitude."
- Answering incoming calls from agents, reps and customers and responding to all queries
- Order processing – data entry
- Database and file maintenance
- Authorising credits and processing returns
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal staff
- Co-ordinating workload to ensure all customer service goals are reached
- Additional special projects and duties as required

Skills and experience
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service
- Current SAP knowledge preferred but not essential
- Accurate and high-level data entry skills, with high attention to detail
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Basic to intermediate ability with Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment and deal with multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all people at all levels
- Deadline driven, ability to show initiative and follow through in end-to-end completion of work.
- Consistent working hours Mon – Fri 8:30am – 4:30pm
