Job Description
Processing Recall service orders, maintaining records, supervising database, Correction of data base, providing phone support, performing office tasks and other similar duties.
Booking jobs for recall repair and service.
Ensuring vendor purchase orders are processed in timely manner.
In-house admin support to workshop supervisor and technicians.
Providing level 1 technical support over the phone.
Creating quotes and work orders for service contracts.
Preparing Service reports and organizing field service visit in consultation with Service Manager and project manager.
Order, transfer and maintain stock levels.
Develop strong relationships with all functions at BD ANZ to ensure delivery of an outstanding customer experience and provide support across all functions when needed
Job Requirements
SAP/CRM Administration including continual improvement in processes and data management.
Strong administration and coordination experience, ideally in Medical Devices industry
Online software support.
Provide client support for automation products.
Anticipate and identify customer needs including client and pharmacy representatives.
Experience in customer service or related field
Solid skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP Systems.
