About the role
We are currently looking for vibrant Customer Solutions Consultants to join our dynamic Advice Team at our Regis Head Office in Armadale. The Customer Solution Consultant is often the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for the provision of expert advice about Regis Aged Care services. As part of the Advice team you will have the opportunity to work with potential customers over the phone creating a positive customer experience and connecting them to the next stage of their Regis Aged Care journey. You will proactively collaborate as a team player to convert enquiries into leads across Regis Aged Care services. How you'll make an impact
- Communicate effectively with customers and their families over the phone to create a positive customer experience
- Listen compassionately to customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and guide them to a solution
- Demonstrate empathy whilst listening to and recording complaints
- Provide information and advice whilst generating leads across Regis Aged Care services
- Utilise the Regis Advice systems to send out information to customers, set up tours at our Aged Care homes and track potential customer leads
- Apply your administrative skills to provide timely follow up to referrals and feedback to continuously improve on Regis Aged Care services
- Use both Regis and government portals to action referrals whilst providing clear communication to our Regis Aged Care homes
- Collaborate effectively as an Advice team member contributing to monthly KPI's and driving continuous improvement throughout the Advice team
