Managing our inbound support channels, including email and live chat, through the work week.  - You will operate within agreed service levels to ensure our customers have a great experience! This is critical to a new business - that when customers trust us with their time, we support them to achieve successful outcomes.  - Owning our [help centre](https://support.hatch.team/en/); including organising it into a sensible structure, ensuring all relevant help content is covered, creating and updating help content, and finding the right moments in our user journey to point users towards it.  - Improving our support and Customer Success processes, to ensure that we are evolving these alongside the in-product experience.
