Key Responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries
Cross sell and upsell into existing customer base
Being responsible for contract management with existing customers
Leading demos for clients
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Understand customer needs and goals, and provide solutions to meet those needs
Proactively identify and address potential issues, and work with customers to develop and implement solutions
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and success
Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, technical support, and product development) to ensure customer success
Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and pain points to inform product development and improvements
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals

Takes initiative, is a positive team member, and exhibits strong communication skills
Essential
1-2years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus
Proven track record within Sales
Desirable
Previous experience within the Telecommunication Industry
