Representing Medibank, AHM and Woolworths under our iptiQ portfolio, the Customer Support Agent will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to customers in regards to their policies. The agent will also be responsible for processing work items from internal and external customers regards to policies.

- Understanding and experience of a customer service environment and the ability to provide customers with the highest levels of customer experience and quality
- Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service on all customer interactions
- Excellent complaint and conflict handling skills
- Highly empathetic
- Professional phone manner and excellent soft skills
