We are on the hunt for experienced and energetic candidates for a range of Customer Service positions. We're looking for Sidekicks to work in busy Contact Centre teams both on-site and remote!
Responsibilities may include:
- High-volume inbound and outbound calling
- Troubleshooting client issues over the phone, triaging issues/queries internally
- Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Customer care and servicing (phone-based or customer facing)
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience with Customer Support, call centre, phone sales, business development, account management roles
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Energetic and empathetic
- Experience using online phone tools, CRM, ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk etc)
- Previous experience working towards KPIs/SLAs
- A customer-centric approach to problem solving
