You describe yourself as – someone who can talk to people from all walks of life and have a genuine desire to help people. No call centre experience needed.
What will a normal day look like?
You will engage customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions.You will also be required to:
- Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
- Answer incoming calls from Telstra customers
- Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues
About you;
You can commit to full time hours and work a 5 day week Monday - Friday between the hours 9am - 9pm - No weekends!
You are within reasonable distance to the Brisbane CBD
Are able to commit to coming in office for day 1
This role is subject to a police clearance and background checks
In response to mandated government guidelines, for all employees to be working in office, applicants must be fully vaccinated by day of commencement.
