About your new role
This is your exclusive opportunity to join an Australian retail bank as a Customer Support Specialist. This role will be sitting in the business banking stream, and you will be the first point of contact for business customers to assist with all enquiries related to their needs.
You will be working in a fun and vibrant environment where all employees get along and are there to help one another, on top of that you will be mentored along the way to ensure you are successful in your role.
Your duties:
Answer all incoming calls and respond to all emails in a professional and efficient manner
Educate customers on current product and services and provide financial solutions
Work with internal teams to ensure customers are satisfied with existing service
Admin duties: record all request and transactions and delivery of documentation
Liaise with risk and compliance team to all legislative requirements are followed through
About you
A passion for exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Degree or a related tertiary qualification is required – Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting
Self-motivated and hunger to succeed
Previous customer service experience; retail, call centre, hospitality, front of house and admin

Please note that this role requires you to work on a rotating roster Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am-5:30pm.
