Role Summary / Purpose:

  • Assemble electrical subassemblies of the products, following the letter of manufacture (CF), drawings and superior orientations, executing the manufacture of the primary and isolation of the TCs (Current Transformers).

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the accomplishment of the activities related to the assembly of equipment, following letter of manufacture, drawings and superior orientations;
  • Make interpretation of isolation plans and work instructions;
  • Perform the isolation of the TCs to oil, following norms and letters of manufacture, coating the ferrule and low voltage tube with insulation papers;
  • Perform the manufacture of the primary TC, following norms and letter of manufacture, cutting copper strips, laying them one on top of the other, coating them with insulating material, welding the posts and effecting the number of turns according to the manufacturing chart;
  • Conduct the preparation of OSKF insulation material by bonding according to process standards;
  • Make use of measuring instruments to accompany the dimensional throughout the insulation process.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent work experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Availability to work between shifts;
  • Knowledge of measurement instrument (Treadmill / caliper).
  • Knowledge in mechanics.
