Senior CyberSecurity Engineer

CyberSecurity SOC Analyst - Level 2 & 3

Senior Incident Response Analyst

Cyber Security Engineer

  • Cybersecurity Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen overall security posture.
  • Security Architecture Development: Design and deploy secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols, to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Incident Response and Forensics: Lead incident response activities, including detection, analysis, and containment of security incidents. Conduct digital forensics investigations to identify the root cause of security breaches and recommend preventive measures.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry best practices, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Develop and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Security Awareness and Training: Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees and stakeholders about potential security risks and best practices for maintaining a secure environment.
  • Emerging Threat Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies. Evaluate emerging security solutions and make recommendations for their adoption based on the organization's needs and objectives.

SOC Analyst

  • Monitor security event logs and alerts generated by security tools to identify potential security incidents.
  • Investigate and analyze security incidents to determine their severity and impact.
  • Respond to security incidents as soon as possible to keep and take care of the threat.
  • Conduct detailed forensic analysis and root cause analysis of security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain SOC documentation, including incident response procedures and playbook.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on incident handling and response procedures.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex security incidents escalated from Level 2 analysts.
  • Develop and implement advanced security measures to detect and prevent sophisticated cyber threats.
  • Participate in incident response exercises and tabletop simulations to enhance the organization's incident response capabilities.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.

Incident Response Analyst

  • Lead incident response efforts, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery phases.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, including breaches, malware infections, phishing attacks, and other cyber threats.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of security events to determine the root cause and impact on the organization's systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure effective handling of security incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, legal, and management, to coordinate response efforts and implement remediation measures.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the incident response team.
  • Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to enhance incident response capabilities.
  • Participate in tabletop exercises and simulations to test incident response preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices to strengthen the organization's security posture.
