About The Role
Position Description
We are looking for a Data Administration Officer to join us at our Toowoomba office.
This newly created position will provide administration support to the NDIS LAC team using systems and software, i.e. Client Record Management (CRM), ACCESS databases and trackers to record, monitor and report on program and service delivery data. Our ideal application will have strong attention to detail, great Excel skills, and a keen eye for process improvements.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Tracking participant movement throughout the program via systems and software
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on program data as required
- Scheduling participant contact and interviews.
- Providing general information in response to participant enquiries and refer to appropriate internal stakeholders when required.
- Full-Time role with Work from Home Days available (up to 2 days per week)
- Attractive Remuneration Package of CSW3.1 - $67,487.54 per annum (plus superannuation)

- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support, specifically in reporting and systems?
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved?
- Demonstrated experience in statistical reporting and managing registers?
- The ability to triage and prioritise work tasks in a fast-paced environment?
- Experience/knowledge at entering information into databases with a high level of accuracy and detail whilst adhering to Government reporting requirements?
