The Role:

You will work alongside the Directors and the National Operations Manager while being supported to excel with our existing operations and new projects.
You will be expected to demonstrate initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for injecting innovative ideas to enhance and streamline the analysis and interpretation of data.
You will be ambitious to explore and learn new data techniques, such as data tools, ai automations and the like.
This role your key accountabilities will be:
- Develop and maintain processes using Excel, Python and other tool sets for data extraction, transformation for the purpose of data cleansing and optimisation ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives, leveraging Power BI and other Microsoft suite of services.
- Collaborate with our Project Managers and Operations teams on the initial build scopes. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and develop solutions accordingly.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, including structuring disparate data sources and developing fit for purpose visualisation.
Your Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Systems Analyst.
- You will have extensive experience across data projects including data cleansing, performing data exploration, data modelling and data visualisation.
- You will have a track record of creating impact with data visualisation tools, specifically Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, MySQL, Python, Power BI and Power Query.
- Proficient in handling the full Power BI deployment lifecycle.
- Excellent data interpretation and report writing skills.
