Data Architect - Enterprise Information Model And Integration

About the role We are currently recruiting for a Data Architect - Enterprise Information Model and Integration. The Data Architect will have a strong focus on Enterprise Information Modelling, integration, and data alignment. In this role, you will own and evolve the enterprise's Information Model, ensuring seamless integration with strategic and operational reporting systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning systems of record and reference, establishing a single source of truth for data, and directing data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment. About You You will have extensive experience as a Senior Data Architect or Information Model Architect, with a strong focus on Enterprise Information Modelling using standards like CIM or Oracle Utilities Data Model. Along with proven expertise in aligning data assets with strategic and operational reporting requirements. In addition, you will have: In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration strategies Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, including data modelling tools, SQL, and data warehouse platformsRequired Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.DesirableCertifications related to data management and architecture (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) are highly desirable Why Essential Energy We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience and 11% Superannuation.
