people2people are working with a leading healthcare provider of multiple technological platforms and products, specifically designed to help improve the health and wellbeing of individuals.
Located in Belrose (2085) this national company are looking for someone to join their team on an initial temporary basis as a Data Entry Coordinator.
Specifically, within this role you will be supporting and working closely alongside the Customer Service Team. Day-to-day you will be using SAP.
Some of your duties may include:
- Ensure paperwork and information regarding customer orders is accurate and up to date.
- Report any discrepancies to customer service and warehouse team.
- Liaise directly with Customer Service and Sales team daily.
- Assist the Customer Service Team with adhoc requests such as taking overflow calls, filing and general administration support.
- Daily maintenance of the internal computer system and data base (SAP).
Skills & Experience:
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to overcome objections and queries
- Strong time management skills.
- SAP or Oracle experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Most importantly a ‘can do’ and positive attitude!

This position can offer up to $32-33 per hour + super on an initial temporary basis until the end of December 2022 with the view to extend into 2023 based on business budget approval and performance.
