Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to the sales organization and support functions to facilitate deals and work side by side in a strong partnership with the Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on the day-to-day aspects of the deal process with a focus on deal structuring, contract reviews, and revisions and enable best practices
    • Make recommendations on Sales Contract/Billing best practices and help prepare non-standard strategic deals for management review
    • Educate Sales teams on how to effectively structure deals, changes in processes, policies, and best practices to improve performance and release Sales capacity to core Sales activities
    • Draft and review special requests for non-standard business terms for reasonableness and compliance with deal policies and best practices
    • Engage early in deal cycles with the Sales Team to accelerate deal velocity
    • Ensure deals adhere to the company approval framework and associated policies
    • Work in a dynamic environment and adapt to new business processes on a week-to-week basis

Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, deal desk, finance, sales operations, or contracts management
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience working closely with sales reps and understanding quota-related pressures
    • Able to work in ambiguous environments under tight and unpredictable timelines
    • Ability to work independently and meticulously
    • Ability to cope with changes in policies, rules, and procedures
    • Experience project managing pre-sales deals
    • Experience presenting recommendations to Sales and Finance leadership
    • Ability to stay organized and easily manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously for multiple stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with contract/Service Order management and analysis

    • Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ
    • Experience supporting and influencing sales leadership
    • Seasoned in contract administration: reviewing/amending/creating standard and complex T&Cs, analyzing and assessing risk, and resolving contract conflicts.
    • Proactive self-starter who is able to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs
