Responsibilities
As a member of our Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will assist in managing client relationships, conducting research and financial analysis, building financial models, creating client presentations and documents, and providing transaction support. You will help our team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your execution and client coverage capabilities across a broad range of areas including M&A, strategic reviews and capital raisings.
Requirements
You will have:
a degree from a leading university in finance or related disciplines;
a minimum of 2 years of direct M&A experience working in Investment Banking, Big 4 or Boutique Advisory;
strong technical and financial modelling skills;
sound business acumen, strong attention to detail and be highly analytical;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
a track record of being a team player with strong organisational, project management and multi-tasking skills;
a passionate, positive “can-do” attitude and be driven to deliver the highest quality of work for clients; and
a strong sense of integrity and show care for the people you work with.
