About the Role
A MSS Security Officer is primarily responsible for providing a security presence, whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer focused team.
Your responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Access control, foot/vehicle patrols, and visitor escort
- Responding professionally, courteously and promptly to all directed enquiries.
- Maintaining logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
About You
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and their stakeholders, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with your colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
An MSS Security Officer
- Current QLD Security License
- Holds a current Baseline/NV1 clearance or higher (highly desirable)
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.
- Current open drivers’ license.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster.
