What is the Opportunity?
A great opportunity now exists to play a key role in our new Arjo site as a Delivery Driver Installer in South Lismore NSW. This exciting role is a hands-on position that requires both the delivery, installation and pick-ups of medical equipment to hospitals, aged care facilities and private residences.
This is a permanent full-time position. Training and Company Van will be provided to the successful candidate.
Your role will involve:
Delivering, installing, assembling and collecting of medical equipment completed with the highest level of skill, customer service and within time frames;
The minor testing, servicing, repairs, cleaning and sanitisation of equipment mostly pressure care mattresses and pumps;
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational and customer issues as they arise;
Be comfortable working with mobile phones and electronic devices. Some computer literacy as training will be provided;
The ability to perform in a role that requires lifting up to 15kg on a regular basis;
Be able to operate within the companies OH&S guidelines including adherence to infection control policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
Good time management skills. The ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision;
Delivery Driving, installing equipment and/or courier work or transferable skills or experience;
Customer service, be well presented, confident and sensitivity interacting with staff and clients in a Healthcare environment;
A current and valid NSW driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
You will be required to drive a van and be able to route plan effectively.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo relevant reference checks, police and a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol) check prior to appointment.
