Job Summary :
• Analyze the requirements given by the client. Map it with the technical requirements
• Participate in Requirement Analysis and translation of functional requirements to technical specification
• Document the process flow, design and testing details for applications
• Interact with team/onshore to elicit architectural and non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, reliability, availability, maintainability
• Code the required changes as per the technical requirements
• Prepare Unit Test plans for the applications worked on
• Perform Unit testing and Integration testing for the applications developed
• Provide QA and PRODUCTION support for the various applications by doing root cause analysis and providing resolution of the issues reported
• Provide all necessary documentation and status reports throughout the project life cycle
• Perform Impact Assessments on raised incidences and problems and, on request, for
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding issues affecting the quality of service to the client
• Performance optimizations on Opentext Exstream application
• As part of the practice team, anchored many POC’s to validate proposed solution and validate risk
• Create Technical Design and Estimate Documents
About the role
- This Position requires deep understanding as well as understanding of integration on the various applications by doing root cause analysis and providing resolution of the issues reported.
• This Position requires knowledge of client specific processes and systems.
• Required qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Information or Computer Science with knowledge and experience and deep understanding of client processes and systems
• Required skills: Opentext Exstream, VB Scripting, Perl and Shell Scripting, Basic Java and C#.
• Required experience: A minimum of 11 years of Technical Experience in Opentext Exstream and Scripting knowledge and understanding of Mortgage Loans, Mortgage statements and Banking domain
