Who we're seeking?
Bring your passion for creating fantastic food to working with a team of like-minded legends. Work in and across our diverse food and beverage and outdoor dining offerings at Ayers Rock Resort. A world-class destination at one of the most iconic locations in the world! You will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and 2+ years' post apprenticeship experience working in a kitchen team within large restaurants, events, hotels or resorts. A la carte and buffet experience will be highly regarded.
