Demolition Labourer FIFO (applicants from Western Australia only)

Demolition Labourer / Trade assistance required FIFO 2:1 Roster

$120k p.a.  2 Year project. 

NeoWest Building Company are a well-established growing organisation, primarily servicing a major Pilbara iron ore producer across the Pilbara. We seek experienced tradespersons & labour for an (up to 2 years) ongoing housing refurbishment project in the Pilbara for an immediate start. Starting rates:

Labourer : $45.00 / hour + super + meal allowance

Tasks include Concrete cutting, demolition, strip out, jackhammer concrete & tiles, asbestos removal, tip runs, distribute materials plus others.   

Family Friendly 2/1 Roster, Accommodation provided in houses, either Tom Price or Paraburdoo.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- No issues living in share house accommodation (3 Bed house with 3 occupants)

- Labourer: Ability to work in very hot climate, asbestos removal & full personal protective equipment. 

- Attendance at induction (1 day), Asbestos training (1 day), and other courses during R&R breaks. 

- Min 2 Years Trade/ Construction Experience

- Ability to work safely in a mining & resources contracting environment.

- Ability to wear provided PPE and follow site safety protocols.

- Ability to arrive fit for work each day, hydrated and rested.

- Excellent communication skills

- Drivers licence ESSENTIAL 

- Provide and maintain a recent model smartphone in working order.

- Ability to pass medical and D&A screens

- Have pride in their work and maintain their workplace in a tidy matter.
