ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of Demolition projects across the greater Sydney region and Southwest NSW.
- Managing sites, labour and plant to ensure projects are running safely and efficiently in accordance with all current legislation/industry best practice.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and monitoring opportunities for business growth.
- Planning work activities and resources to meet contract requirements.
- Allocating and monitoring the use of plant equipment or machinery efficiently. Particularly ensuring the external plant is utilised effectively.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience on Site Demo projects.
- Certificate III or IV in Demolition.
- Asbestos removal experience preferred.
- Experience in supervising plant and contractors on site.
- General Induction Card (White Card).
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Current Drivers licence.
- Willingness to travel.
