Dental Assistant - Specialist Periodontist

Elite Perio currently has an exciting full-time opportunity for Dental Assistant who is looking to expand their current skill set in the field of periodontic treatments. 
We are happy to provide training to the successful applicant to help bring them up to speed with the clinic’s practices. 

About the Role
As an integral part of our team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Providing chairside assistance to our Periodontist
• Half of each day is focused on surgical work with a heavy emphasis on dental implants and soft tissue grafts
• writes clinical notes 
• Plan surgical appointments & ensure all customised equipment is ready in 
  time

About You

Along with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and previous experience in a similar role you'll have: 

• Desire to help people
• Certificate IV in Dental Assisting – essential - we will train a graduate 
• enjoys a busy work place
• Excellent data entry skills to record diagnostic information
• Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills with team members & patients
• Potential Leadership qualities if wanting to get promotions
• Enjoys working in a small team 
• Stable home life
